I took these photos at Steel Creek  back in April on a camping trip. I've camped there many times through the years, but I had never really captured what I love about most about that area. The crystal clear river water, the rocks, that amazing old tree on the path to the bank, and the always so curious damselflys. Well...on this trip I was lucky to have nice light and lots of time by myself to take photos. I hope you enjoy them! If you're ever in Arkansas, check out the upper Buffalo River area.
It will steal your heart.

  1. My heart is officially stolen. Hopefully someday I can get there and have it done in person. Beautiful, beautiful images Laney. Every time I get on your blog, it feels like time slows down. Thank you.
