moving to the country



 

In two weeks we will finally be moving! Our new home is nestled in the Boston Mountains of Winslow, Arkansas. It's a log cabin that was built by my father-in-law. I have to admit I'm a little nervous about the change, but I'm sure with time I'll adjust to country life. As soon as I get settled in and get internet service I will share some photos of our new adventure!

summer days

My summer days have been filled with wild berry picking and eating.

Lots of exploring and insect watching.

Swimming in the river and camping.

Reading outside and eating lots of fresh garden veggies.

Spending time out at the cabin that we will be moving into next year. I hope. Fingers crossed!

I will finally get to have gardens and chickens!!
